cooking instructions

1. preheat oven to 200°c or 185°c fan. remove sleeve and film, keeping the dish in it’s wooden tray*. cover with foil and place dish horizontally on a rack in the centre of the oven and bake for 25 minutes.

2. Remove foil and cook for a further 10 minutes

3. after cooking time ensure the dish is piping hot throughout

4. leave dish to stand for 3 minutes before serving
