Pulled roast chicken in a creamy mustard sauce with shredded salt beef and braised leeks, topped with buttery puff pastry

1. preheat oven to 200°c or 185°c fan. remove sleeve and film, keeping the dish in it’s wooden tray*. place dish horizontally on a rack in the centre of the oven 25 minutes.
2. after 25 minutes turn dish around to allow for even cooking of pastry
3. after cooking time ensure the dish is piping hot throughout
4. leave dish to stand for 2 minutes before serving
