cooking instructions

1. preheat oven to 200°c or 185°c fan. remove sleeve and film, keeping the dish in it’s wooden tray*. place dish horizontally on a rack in the centre of the oven and bake for 20 minutes.

2. after cooking time ensure the dish is piping hot throughout

3. leave dish to stand for 2 minutes before serving
