cooking instructions

1. preheat oven to 200°c or 185°c fan. remove sleeve and film, keeping the dish in it’s wooden trays*. cover the rice tray with foil and place both dishes vertically side by side on a rack in the centre of the oven and bake for 25 minutes.

2. after cooking time ensure the dish is piping hot throughout

3. serve immediately
